three heads and potion

I come across stuff in my sketchbook and can't remember for the life of me what the meaning behind them is or was or where they came from. The three headed guy may have just been for fun, or I was trying to figure out something I saw or a carving, who knows. The potion I remember had a specific meaning behind the letters on the bottles... but, I didn't write down what they were and all the lead up sketches and doodles don't make any sense. My initial guess is Virginia and Sandbridge.
